WebCredit was an early Internet payment startup focused on making small-dollar online transactions simple, secure, and immediate. The identity positioned the company as both a credible financial service and a nimble technology platform, with a compact symbol suggesting currency, connectivity, and targeted access.
The business kit extended the concept into the form of the piece itself. Rather than a conventional vertical pocket folder, it opened upward like a wallet or small purse, revealing presentation inserts inside. The tri-fold brochure used the image of a child’s lemonade stand as a familiar, homespun analogy for microtransactions — an analog counterpoint to the company’s online payment technology.
Paired with a navy blue and chartreuse palette, the system gave WebCredit a visual presence that felt fresh, accessible, and memorable within the financial sector. Applications included logo, stationery suite, pocket folder, inserts, and tri-fold brochure.
